Genesys is now accepting nominations for the third annual Customer Innovation Awards program.
These awards recognize companies from around the world who deliver outstanding customer service. This year's theme is to recognize companies that provide excellent customer service through the innovative use of technology in highly dynamic environments.
Genesys will accept nominations from any customer, partner, or other individual (including Genesys employees) who want to nominate a company, government agency, or educational institution for recognition.
Nominations open October 18, 2007. The process closes on November 30, 2007
Finalist companies will be honored in 2008 at a Genesys G-Force user conference, special regional events, and via press releases or similar announcements.

Each nominee will be assessed on four key criteria to assess how closely they come to delivering excellent customer service through the innovative use of technology in highly dynamic environments. This includes:
- Innovating in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Optimizing service via technology and business processes
- Improving the overall customer experience
- Leveraging contact centers and customer service strategically
A short-list of finalists will then be invited to make presentations to an independent judging panel. The judging panel consists of a group of industry experts and top-ranked analysts who specialize in customer service. Semi-finalists are required to make their presentations to the independent judging panel at one of the following events:

Each of the Finalist companies is eligible to receive an award, which will be presented at one of the regional G-Force events in 2008. The awards are modeled after the Michelin guide restaurant ratings and are based on the level of excellence the customer achieved and the degree of difficulty. Our goal is to recognize each of the most innovative and dedicated customer service organizations by honoring them at a Genesys G-Force event, special regional events, and via press releases or similar announcements.
