Genesys and ZOOM International Announce integration of IP Call Recording as part of Genesys Call Center Solution for Home Credit's Russian Operations.
August 23, 2007
Moscow, - Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an Alcatel-Lucent company (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU), have announced the implementation of ZOOM International's call recording solution, CallREC, with the Genesys software suite at Home Credit's central call center in Moscow.
As well as the Moscow call center Home Credit has also a planned roll-out at a new location in Obninsk. The recording solution will have one central administration for the two contact centers. Home Credit is using CallREC to record hundreds of agents' calls. Home Credit needs recordings for two reasons. Firstly, for legal reasons so customers can amend or accept contracts over the phone and secondly for quality management to help improve service standards and keeps customers satisfied.
" A dynamic IP telephony platform allows customers to manage their contact centers more efficiently. IP call recording tools help improve customer service by using the recordings for quality management and training purposes. The contact centre is usually the first point of contact between the company and the client, and first impressions are very important. Genesys and ZOOM International working together creates synergy that Home Credit and its customers will benefit from." said Martin Veselka, Genesys Regional Manager for Central and Eastern Europe.
This is one of the first implementations since ZOOM International joined the Genesys Application Development Partner. ZOOM is also joining the Genesys InterWorks Program, designed to facilitate technology integrations and application development with Genesys products.
"ZOOM's relationship with Genesys is very important to us, especially because we both see mutual opportunities and demand for our solutions in emerging markets," said Simon Vostry, chief executive officer of ZOOM International. "We believe we can add value to Genesys customers, such as Home Credit, with our award-winning IP call recording solution. Call recording is an application used for improvement of contact center systems and agent call handling, and our solution is customized for any language - this is one of our key competitive differentiators."
