Next Steps

Historical reporting and analytical applications can be developed using Genesys Info Mart (GIM) as a foundation. GIM provides an enterprise-wide access to customer interaction details so that all contact center stakeholders (executives, contact center managers, business/marketing analysts) and other associated departments (sales, marketing) have uniform visibility into customer interactions. GIM database design (star schema with dimensionality and rollups) offers an ideal development environment for On-Line Analytical Processing (OLAP) applications. As a result, GIM provides excellent opportunities for Business Intelligence (BI) and Contact Center Performance Management (CCPM) vendors to maximize their revenue opportunities.
