Program Participation
There are 5 tiers in the Genesys Partner Program, each with its specific set of benefits, training, joint marketing and certification requirements. Commensurate with our partners' investment, Genesys' goal is to provide every partner with enhanced access to Genesys technology, education and sales and marketing support. Our goal is for our partners to build strong relationships with Genesys and Genesys customers while gaining experience and adding references.
The 5 tiers of partnerships are Registered, Advanced, Premier, Strategic and Global. To evaluate existing and potential partners, Genesys considers key business and technology attributes such as performance, competency and global alignment to assess a partners commitment to Genesys.
Global Partner
Global Partner level is designed for market-leading vendors that desire to go to market with Genesys in a planned and comprehensive manner. It represents the highest level of collaboration with Genesys and is achievable only by Genesys executive invitation. Our
global partnerships deliver customer-centric, total solutions that exploit business opportunities and create competitive advantages for our customers.
At this highest tier, the partner's success at providing total Interaction Management solutions to customers contributes significantly to the Genesys business model, and the partner has committed significant resource to developing and executing on a joint business plan. In return, Genesys delivers the highest level of support and commitment. These industry-recognized Global Partners have completed professional certifications and training requirements established for this level, plus they have active, prominent reference accounts. Global partners have worldwide impact and reach.
Strategic Partner
Like Premier partners, Strategic Partners possess cross-industry or vertical-specific expertise in a particular market segment or geographic region. The commitment made between the Strategic Partner and Genesys is considerable and is designed to foster successful business relationships and joint initiatives.
Partners in the Strategic tier will have completed the appropriate training certifications, established referenced accounts and secured a dominant customer base in their chose markets. ISVs have validated their integration to the Genesys suite (Gvalidated), or their product is resold through Genesys, and they can demonstrate successful deployments. MSPs at the Strategic tier have made a considerable investment in their infrastructure to provide Genesys solutions.
Premier Partner
This tier includes organizations that have developed solutions and/or services that are complementary to Genesys applications and have a desire to leverage Genesys market presence across a geographic region, country or countries. Premier Partners have established cross-industry or vertical-specific expertise and are required to maintain Genesys skills and commit to a specific level of business.
Advanced Partner
Partners who invest in training and build their Genesys capabilities (e.g. Labs) and who support the Genesys strategy will be invited to join the Advanced Tier. These are partners of all types who are emerging as important to Genesys and have demonstrated a commitment. This tier includes partners focused on narrowly defined industry and technology segments, but who drive solid business value in that segment.
Registered Partner
The Registered tier is the entry point for a company wanting to initiate a relationship with Genesys. Registered partners have basic self-service access to tools, information and training. This is where most partners start their relationship with Genesys, and many smaller organizations or consultants register with the program to establish a relationship and get the information they need. Some companies will quickly move to higher tiers as our relationship progresses. The Registered tier is appropriate for emerging or smaller organizations

Entry-Level Requirements for Partnership
At a minimum, these basic requierments apply to partnership:
- A registered business entity in any part of the world
- Meet all training requirements before purchasing or receiving SDKs and Toolkits
- Provide an opportunity for mutually beneficial relationship
- Depending on tier, revenue requirements
- Depending on tier, annual program fee (used as prepaid training)
