Genesys Xchange is a meeting place for Genesys employees and partners. Partners at the Advanced tier and higher are eligible to access this site. Xchange enables Genesys and its partners to share sales and marketing information. Xchange is designed to provide you with current sales support, product information and sales tools.

Better Interactions an online community for Genesys customers, partners and employees, as well as anyone in the general public who is interested in the contact center industry and its operation. It is interactive, enabling people to exchange information, find solutions and learn about trends and best practices. You will find blogs, forums and customers groups all located within this site.

The Genesys Developer Portal is a community site for application developers working in the contact center space. Information on Genesys SDK’s including product documentation, application block code and other resources are available to Genesys developer partners on this site. Open forums on this site enable dialogue on Genesys products.
