Training to meet your every need
Genesys University offers a variety of services to support your training needs, including an impressive range of courses, innovative models for customer-specific training, interactive computer-based training, and a prestigious certification program.
Classroom Instruction
Classroom instruction, led by seasoned and knowledgeable instructors, is available at any of our training centers around the world. Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art workstations running Genesys software for hands-on training.
Onsite Training
Our trainers can come to you. Onsite training is the cost-effective solution for organizations that need group training. A Genesys University instructor can deliver training at or near your facility, saving you time and money on travel. Course content can be based on our standard offerings, or it can be customized to address the specific needs of your team. System requirements vary depending on the courses you are interested in. It is important to follow the onsite checklists in order for Genesys to deliver the highest quality course. Onsite classroom requirements will be reviewed in advance of each onsite training event. All scheduling is dependent on the availability of Genesys Technical Instructors and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Customized Training
Customized Training addresses the need for training that is outside the scope of our standard curriculum. With Genesys University, you have the flexibility of choice. Genesys University carefully assesses your training needs and designs a curriculum package to fulfill those needs. A customized curriculum package can encompass varying skill levels, job roles, project phases, and/or specific Genesys solutions.
Mobile Classroom
The Mobile Classroom is onsite training accompanied by Genesys-provided equipment that provides customers a virtual classroom environment. After establishing whether you prefer standard or customized curriculum, Genesys University prepares laptops running Genesys software for shipment to the training site of your choice. An instructor arrives before the appointed training date(s) and prepares the equipment, allowing students a hassle-free experience.
Computer-Based Training
Computer-Based Training allows for on-the-job and on-demand agent and supervisor training. Packaged as Genesys licensed software, our computer-based training modules are delivered as CDs that customers can deploy in any way that meets their needs: CD sharing, setting aside a room for agent and supervisor training, or for uploading to a local server for reviewing at individual workstations. Supervisors, team leaders, and agents will reap the benefits of a simulated Workforce Manager training environment, which allows for continual performance support long after the initial run-through. Bring agents and supervisors up-to-speed immediately and make the learning process last.
